IIRC Brainless France will hand out the trophy.
Flash is in Paris for the Race of Champions.
That little dig by Pemberton to Smoke was because Smoke missed the breakfast this morning with a "headache".
He does get migraines, so I don't know if it was a hangover from the party last night or not.

Got my 1997-2006, 10th anniversary poster from TMS today. I shows the cars coming out of turn 2 with Flash in the lead. That will have to do until February when we get another of him leading out of turn 4 on the final lap of Daytona. ;)
