A few weeks ago, I posted "What Are You Reading Right Now?". Got a great cross-section of responses from Freepers. In another month or two, I'll repeat the question. But now, I have another question.
What is favorite CD, album or cassette of all time?
It can be country, blues, 80's-style rock, etc. Anything.
I'll start.
My two favorites are:
"World Falling Down" (1992) by Peter Cetera. Not as sappy as you might think. An album written at a down-time in his life.
"Rebel Yell" (1982) Billy Idol. A great collection of rock songs. Some of his best songs (on this CD) never made the Top 40.
OK, what's your favorite?

"Hallelujah" by John Cale is also a beautiful song. It's a Leonard Cohen composition if I'm not mistaken.

Yup. I have versions by Cohen, Cale, Wainwright, and Sheryl Crow on my iPod.

4. Adam Sandler, "What the Hell Happened to Me?" Incredibly funny album. It has the first version of his "Chanukah Song,", and most of the other tracks are pretty funny too, especially "Respect." "They're All Gonna Laugh at You" was first, and superior to his sophomore effort. How can you forget "Lunch Lady Land" and "Toolbooth Willie"?
