Or is it that Fox (Fair and Balanced) doesn't fall into the "News" category?

Apparently you have super secret information as to where fox broadcasts an over the airwaves nightly news program.
Are you intentionally being obtuse?

Frankly, I don't watch any of them. The entire bunch makes me sick to my stomach. There is not enough Malox on the store shelves to keep it from rolling while attempting to watch a newscast. Hell, you cannot even watch a sporting even without some political crap popping up on it now. The other morning, Jessie Jackson about T.O. I turned it off.

What happened to warrant this I wonder. It seems Abc is tanking and those people are turning to NBC.
To: Grendel9
NBC= Fairly unbalanced reporting

I cannot stand any of those news programs. I glean what I can from the internet mostly. I just can't stand being talked at by those news readers.

Never said they were on at the same time as the others.
Just pointing out that they do 'broadcast' news!

what show though?
I've never heard of any local fox station offering a rebroadcast of Fox News Channel news programming. Seriously.

They rebroadcast 'excerpts' and 'highlights'.
Mostly like other local TV stations do.
Although Fox does do 'breaking news' the same as the other networks.

so they don't have a national show, just a local affilliate using clips from FNC? That's what other stations do, but it doesn't make it a national nightly show like ABC, CBS and NBC have.

No. It's not a nightly national show like the rest, but a FOX affiliate. So I see where your point is.
