All those little recipes you told me about in your posts sound interesting. There's a few things I don't like (sweet pickles, chopped walnuts) but that's a minor quibble.
The neat thing about those recipes are that you can omit ingredients, and then substitute whatever appeals to you.
By drinking a glass of V8 juice or orange juice along with those easy meals, we actually are eating a fairly balanced diet.
Sometimes I add Worchestershire sauce or tabasco to the V8 juice.
