What a shame that most people don't feel that way. They had rather talk about the Bengals (which is VERY popular around these parts right now-- hey, they even got me interested a bit), or Paris Hilton, or Ben Afleck, or the latest fashion trends, or such--- NOT about "things that matter", so to speak. What is a bengal?. It is especially bad in a big city.

Our football team here. Usually, by now, they have lost nearly every game, or most of them. And then, they are pretty much forgotten about ,for the rest of the season. A couple of years ago, a local station was trying to GIVE AWAY good seats for their games, but NOBODY wanted them... BUT this year, they seemed to have gotten their act together, (much of the credit for this goes to Marvin Lewis, the coach), and they are on their way, to the playoffs... IF they don't "blow it", and lose most of the remaining games(they are NOT predicted to do so, they are predicted to win most of the remaining games),they may just do so. NOW-- people are turning DOWN $5k, for puchase of their seats, for ONE game, at home games!!!!
