PATERSON, N.J. Three businessmen from Bergen County are facing murder charges in what authorities say was a case of violent street justice.
Prosecutors say the three allegedly caught two men trying to steal items from trucks belonging to their businesses in the Bronx on the night of May 30th.
The would-be thieves were shot and their bodies set afire.
One was dumped on a street in the Bronx, the other in an industrial area of Clifton.
Arrested Friday and charged with murder are 33-year-old Dashnor ``Jack'' Lita and his brother, 29-year-old Gezium ``Jimmy'' Lita, both of Park Ridge, and 30-year-old Arben ``Benny'' Jata of Palisades Park.
They are being held on one (m) million dollars bail each.
How cowculated of you!
::ok, that was baaaad. Going to hide (<---cow hide)::
Mooooving along!
D-OH!!
...following an investigation sparked by the discovery in May of two charred bodies...
Bodies must have still been on fire! WOW!!
You are on a roll this morning Frith!
LOL!
Gimme a little milk-sugar...
Wow! That is some cow lick!
So why aren't the judges who put these career criminals back on the streets going on trial?
Now THERE is a good question.
I would think, LIABLE is a good term to explore.
