Cheese danish, coffee and Sweet'n Low, kills me every time.
I look at diet coke like the government looks at their budget. If I have a diet coke instead of a high calorie drink, I actually am SAVING calories, thus I can splurge on a burger because of all the calories I've saved all day drinking diet drinks......
I do it....I honestly just don't like sugar filled sodas so I get the iced tea or a beer and lacking that a Diet Dr Pepper with my 72oz Steak that the Big Texan......:o)

I am not dieting but for soft drinks I drink diet coke exclusively, I prefer the taste of it rather than the sugary taste of regular coke. So if I were having a pig out meal, I would have a diet coke with it.
Same with iced tea, I prefer unsweetened, for the taste, not for dietary reasons.
