Hi everyone. Oh sure, say that sitting in your wonderful 71 degree heated home with the glowing pet fish.
Meanwhile I am suffering temperatures of only 65 degrees outside here and we are almost in need of long pants. It's close to panic time in this state. :-)

Well, my apartment is heated, but it's 33 degrees outside here. Well, I guess one of those sexy skirts for outdoors is out for you unless you want to have thermal underwear exposed!
Be very grateful that your utilities are part of your rent. If I had 33 degree days here in CA, my bill a month would be probably $850 a month higher to maintain 68 degrees.
Most (non-new) homes have little or no insulation in the walls due to the warm climate here.
