I'm taking lots of pictures. We're still not settled on a menu completely, it's somewhat driven by local prices.

I'm roasting honey glazed Texas pecans with cayanne pepper for the salad right now. Stock is finished, and cooling safely. Still washing dishes.

The glazed pecans, are they dredged in honey, cayanne pepper a pinch of salt then roasted?
