He might not have won all the levels of gta3 but in a few years he will be a shoe in for the darwin award well ok more like 15 or 20 years with the way the apeals process is in this country

20 years old? And this was the defense? If the guy does not have an obvious mental impairment/documentable low IQ, etc. I'm quite sure that ineffective assistance of counsel (or whatever the exact phrase is) will be part of his appeal.

How about folks quit blaming video games, rock music, and actually take responsibility for their own actions? Sure, music, television, and video games have a big impact on the way we think if we saturate our minds with it enough but that doesn't excuse murder. People in general just piss me off.
