I don't think so. It has been in public domain all over the Internet.
It has certainly been all over the internet, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's "in public domain".
I know where to find copies of the latest Harry Potter book all over the internet too, but...
Copyright does not go void just because something is widely pirated.
