Juanita Broaddrick, known as Jane Doe No. 5 during the Clinton Impeachment, appeared on an historic NBC interview with Lisa Myers, broadcast on Feb. 24, 1999. Yes, NBC delayed the broadcast until after the Impeachment vote in the Senate. In the interview, Broaddrick discussed her accusation of rape against the then attorney general of Arkansas, Bill Clinton. Overwhelmingly, those who saw the interview believed her charges.
Democratic political operative Estrich, as you may recall, was responsible for the hilarious photo-op of Michael Dukakis in the tank looking like a silly little boy playing grownup. Political pundits are still debating which is the silliest photo-op ever. Is it Dukakis in the tank or John F. Kerry crawling out of the space capsule looking like a little blue bunny or, as some have suggested, a blue sperm character from a Woody Allen movie?
DESCRIPTION OF THE FRAMED PRESENTATION:

BACKGROUND: There is a chance that this offering could become historic memorabilia. On Oct. 11, 2005, Estrich was plugging her new Hillary book on the Sean Hannity show. Hannity confronted her about Broaddrick's very credible rape accusation. Estrich, herself a rape victim, didn't believe Broaddrick. In her eyes, Broaddrick is apparently a liar. How does Estrich know? Well, she had a conversation with Clinton, and he told her he didn't do it.
Let's see if we have this correct. Clinton lied to his wife, lied to his daughter, lied to reporters, lied to his supporters, lied to the grand jury, lied to his secretary, lied to his cabinet, lied to his dog Buddy, and lied to all of us while pointing his finger at us and telling us he was going to get back to work for the American people. Gee, Bill, what kind of work would that be? Defending this nation? Despite all of the lies, by some cosmic miracle that is beyond the comprehension of man, he would never, never, never lie to Susan Estrich. Is that reasonably accurrate?
I attempted to set up a conversation between Estrich and Broaddrick because of the comments made by Estrich on the Hannity show. Certainly, the fair minded law professor Estrich would want to hear Broaddrick's side of the story, wouldn't she? After each of two phone conversations with Estrich's secretary, I followed up with an email. Broaddrick was willing. Unfortunately, Estrich would have nothing to do with it.
You can make your own determination regarding why Estrich refuses to speak with Broaddrick. Could it be that Estrich will be forced to confront the truth? If she confronts the truth, what would she do about her support of Bill and Hillary? We all know that, behind the scenes, it was Hillary working feverishly to destroy the women who dared come forward to tell their stories. That threatened her political power. You might have never seen it on Brokaw, Jennings, and Rather, but many of those who came forward to tell their stories were audited by the IRS.
Estrich is a lawyer and a law professor who trains prospective lawyers. She knows the importance of hearing all sides and seeing all the evidence. But in this case, political power and agenda seem more important than the truth. It is ironic. A rape victim refuses to speak with a fellow rape victim. Instead, she takes the side of the accused rapist in public forums. Q: Mr. Upland: I recall during impeachment Congressman Chris Shays of Connecticut became ill after reading the testimony of one of the woman, saying he had NO DOUBT that the former President raped her. Is Ms. Broaddrick that woman? Apparently there's testimony from FIVE different woman still locked away in the Ford Building so it's hard to keep track.

A: Yes, Juanita Broaddrick was that woman. Chris Shays was a disgusting cowardly weasel for not voting yes on articles of impeachment. It really is a shame that most of us are not going to ever see what is in the Ford Building. Our kids and grandkids will. At that time, all of America is going to realize that a serial sexual predator really did occupy our White House. They are not going to believe that he and his rape-enabling, power mad, evil witch of a wife were not thrown out of office and put into orange jumpsuits. This was not even the worst of it. The sale of missile technology to the ChiComs will be the worst of his pathetic legacy. Why have so many people been fooled? The damage to national security done by the Clintons is unforgivable. And I would still like to know what Sandy Berger was stuffing in his pants at the National Archives. What a cesspool of an administration.

This is a serious ordeal indeed. Had Juanita not FReepmailed me with her approval of a meeting with Estrich, it would have ended. Estrich started this by plugging her book on Hannity and essentially calling Juanita a liar. So the challenge was made. Her refusal says volumes about her. Rape victim sides with accused rapist against fellow rape victim while refusing to even speak with fellow rape victim. Good going, Susan. You phony.

Let's not be too unfair to Susan. Maybe she will actually
do the right thing and show us some character. And maybe
Hillary will tell the truth about FJB. Maybe Bill
will explain to us why Kathleen Willey's children were
threatened by a jogger just before she testified in the
Paula Jones case. Maybe Craig Livingstone will tell us
who hired him. Maybe David Kendall will explain how his
client allowed to be filed a third fraudulent FEC report
on July 30, 2001, when he had evidence from bank
statements, checks, and invoices documenting $1.6 million
spent by Peter Paul during her 2000 senate campaign.
Maybe the National Women's Hall of Fame will explain to
us why they decided to induct Hillary after they were
given information regarding 10 visits to the White House
and a million dollars of money laundered through Charlie
Trie from Ng Lap Seng, Macau prostitution king. Yep,
Hillary stands up for women, doesn't she? Maybe Bernie
Schwartz will explain how 900K given to the DNC in 1996
kept him out of the slammer for illegally selling missile
technology to the ChiComs that now allows the ChiComs to
be able to do what they have threatened -- incinerate Los
Angeles. Finally, maybe my dogs George and Kramer will
take an online course and learn to tell me in Farsi that
it's time to go for a walk.

Juanita wants to speak with Estrich because of her appearance on Hannity. She is not pleased. Next time, we will consult you first, and you can help facilitate the arrangements. We could always use good help and good ideas. And, as we all know, you always have something creative and important to add. For instance............now what is it that you've done? Give me some time. I'll think of something.
Grow up.
And let me tell you something, there are some here who do an excellent, compelling job of exposing the various machinations of the Clintons. A fair-minded, hopefully concerned citizen may read these and become motivated to reaccess their opinion of events...then, they come across some publicity-seeker from Upland who turns the entire matter into a mockery with his hackneyed songs and cheap tactics.
PS, the street exit to Exposition is off campus and why I would say Freep there if anywhere. I think the campus doesn't allow anything without permission ON campus kids!

Is this being too mean to her? You decide. Estrich is pushing her new Hillary book on the radio. She has been given great credibility in defending Bill Clinton because she is also a rape victim. After all, she would not be friends with a brutal sexual predator. She does not believe Juanita's story because the perjurer told her it didn't happen. Will she give Juanita the courtesy of hearing her side of the story before she brands Juanita as a liar on the radio? No, she won't.
Bill Clinton has hidden behind Susan Estrich long enough. She has allowed it long enough. He has hidden behind his attorney long enough. It is time for him to make a public apology to all of his victims and give all of the proceeds of his lying biography to rape crisis centers.
