Something about the world overturning in blood and fire if I cross the border between Ohio and Michigan. I think I've put up an anti-wraith fence along the border.........

I am not an Ohio football fan.
My morning?
I was expecting a horrible terrible one. I was just bad.
I guess that is better(in some sick way)
To: grannie9
Did your immediate area get spared then?
I have to admit, my dream of owning on the gulf has gone by the wayside this past year watching the storms.

We lost the cover on the boat, but that was just a tarp. We were very lucky. Don't know how long our luck will last..but at least we have a new house and it's up to code. Most of the damage is done on the older homes.

The birds look like they are discussing the cat 'cavorting' with the mouse creature.

No damage in CC that I can see. No old homes in our area, it's all new. New homes are really built well, and ours is one of those Good Sense Energy Efficient homes. They have all the new code and are built to save money on everything. Seems to be very well built and we're happy with it.

LMAO!!!!
I had to scroll back , my goodness.
I swear that was FR that ate my words and/or letters.

We've wanted to find a place to take a few months of winter away from the great white North (I still like winter, just want a little time away from it), particularly March and part of April. The last two year's eye opening storms have given me pause......but I think you're right about the new codes.....Rush Limbaugh talks about his place being hit, and the damage being minimal.
