It is stories like these that adequately intrigued the producers of the Sci-Fi Channel's "Ghost Hunters" program to spend nearly a week in the hotel this summer I thought that sounded familiar....I saw TAPS at this hotel...it was interesting.
How fun if you go; and if so, let us know if you see anything bizarre (though you probably won't). : )

TAPS also went to The Myrtles....(but I forget where that is....S. Carolina?)....that's is also supposed to be very haunted....I would love to go to a place like that.

I'm still in shock, but my company gave us the entire day off today as a reward! So... I get to play and pester you guys until I need to leave a little later.

We went there in the Spring of 2004. The people didn't show up for the tour (I think it was just getting started and it was the first day of the season). But we walked around the hotel. It really is an eerie place...the kind of place where nothing would really surprise you. I got a couple of pictures, but they're really not very good. Might give you an idea though. I know I posted them back when I first took them.

I'm off today too...had some time coming so I took an extra day since I'm off Thursday and Friday anyway....and I'm not on call. I do have to stop by the office and print off my last court report and take it to be filed, but that's it. I gotta go take a shower though. I have a hair appointment at 10, and I'm still goofing off and drinking coffee. Then I have to come back and clean house. What fun. NOT!
