That cat tent is really our laundry hamper. LOL, tonight, I did see a hot pink cat tent just like it and laughed out loud, loud enough that I got looks from my son and the Target associate.
What pretty kitties!
Oh they are SO cute!
Thank you. I think I have figured out that they are mirror images of each other as far as markings go. Still, their markings are almost symetrical in the first place, so I still need the color coded collars.
Since I already have a gray tabby, I wouldn't have picked these two myself. They picked us. The difference with them and Ben is that Ben has white toes (and he weighs about 15 pounds). They are lovely. They adore sleepng in a cat pile and being lap cats together. Right now they are Freeping with me, while Lily is giving her sister a bath. Lilly is aka Houdini. She is much more inquisitive.
Lilly's name is solid. KarateBoy doesn't like the name Rosie. Today we are trying out Esther and Ruthie to see how it roll's off the tongue.
I vote for Ruthie.
Of course. ;-)
I'm off to bed, chica.
Nighty night!
I'm a sucker for cute cats.
sleep well. I'm up late, can't sleep. Karateboy is spending the night at grandma's.
Miss him.
Clare suggested 'Yuri'; it's Lily in Japanese. Kinda fits the whole twin thing.
If that's a standard toilet seat cover, the kittens are already large, and Cartman is HUGH. Is there room on the desk to actually get any work done?
The sheepskin seat covers from my last Jimmy didn't fit the new one ("new"=1999), so I gave them to my cousin, who used them as vey luxurious cat beds.
Your new kitties greatly resemble my last kitties (1972-1988). One of them had more black, the other more brown. Sisters from the same litter. My sister and I (then 8 and 5) each picked and named one...then the cats each picked one of us to prefer, and effectively traded themselves, which is how I ended up with the cat with a name-- Stripey-- invented by a 5-year-old girl :)
Tabby Tats! I love Tabby Tats!
It's a standard toilet seat cover...
The kittens are growing fast, and Cartman is, er... ~sizeable~ ;~D (21 pounds)
Luckily it's also a sizeable desk :~D We decided last night that they've outgrown all fitting on that toilet seat cover... and I found a nice folded fleece blanket that we think is going to work better from here on out. :~D
Guaranteed that the cats won't like it. (Cats are like that...) :)
Heh, ain't that the truth.... Well, I've got two takers on it.... Cartman and Tweek are on it... Pippin is curled up here on my keyboard ergonomic wrist pad thingy :~D
My two were trying to decide who gets to hide out under the Christmas tree last evening.
They ~love~ Christmas trees :~D
My cat likes my laptop case as a cat bed.
Mornin'.
My mom had her cousin bring down some bags and boxes from the attic last week and I finally went through them yesterday.
Over a hundred romance novels from my teenage(+) years. LOL!
I'll have to cart them over to the used book store today for credit. The funny thing is, I don't remember reading most of them. Where the heck did they call come from? Did they reproduce up there or sumthin'?
Ain't that what they do in them romance novels?
Mornin'. Just sayin' hello afore I sign off. Got to get ready for today's final performances. Wife is doin' her scenes in a wheelchair. If'n I don't get to the chiropractor soon, I'll be doin' mine in traction.
So basically, it's a pretty normal day around here.
See y'all later. Leave me directions if you decide to move.
Morning Corin.... Break an arm!
