We're not bugging. :-(
I still have a shutters up on the front side of the house, so I just have to put the ones up in the back.
If we do get hit, it'll be Sunday. And if she's still a hurricane at all, I hope it's another Cat 1 like Katrina was.
I should invite your sister down here, right? She's always wanted to see one up close and personal. And that'll guarantee a whole lot of pictures. ;-D

I'm not thrilled about the idea either, to be honest.
But I have to work all day tomorrow and trying to bug out any time after tomorrow morning will be pointless. The roads will be jammed tight.
Besides, being the only able-bodied adult in my household - it'll be up to me to get the house ready. It'll take the better part of Friday night / Saturday to get it done.
So that's why I'll just keep hoping Wilma gives up and fizzles out.
The house survived the upper part of Andrew, so she'll hold up tight again, I'm sure. :-D

I know it. And I'd be lying and a fool if I said I wasn't scared.
But I don't really have a lot of options, so I'll buckle down and do everything right. Filled up the gas tank, got a number of gallons of water, plenty of munchy food.
I've got a bedroom, a bathroom and closets to hide in. No windows in any of them.
And I'll be calling your sister with constant updates as long as the cell signal holds out.
