You know Episode III comes out tonight at midnight. Matthew expects us to go first thing in the morning to get it.
I'm actually thinking of dashing down to Walmart and getting it at Midnight and surprising him in the morning.

When Episode III came out, we got one of the promotional posters. It's Vader and the caption is "Who's Your Daddy?"

Ok...my dad just emailed me and said they transfered the money they paid OUT of my account into their own account.
Excuse me?
How can they do that? It's my account! And it has a hold on it and nothing is supposed to be done to it!
It's what I was gonna do anyways, but it bothers me that Sam's did it without even telling me!

1) Call Sam's and ask them to 'splain exactly what happened.
2) Then tell them you want a new account number and their assurance they won't screw up like this again.
I'm no lawyer, and I've never played one in an extravagant Christmas production, but it seems like you could threaten some legal action.
Be vey nonchalant and say "I'd really hate to have to get my attorney involved"...

That's what I'm thinkin'! I mean, they told me the other day my account balance was ZERO. How they gonna explain it that it isn't any more?
I do intend to get a new account number...maybe. I'm tempted to say phooey and dump the whole thing...I don't "need" a Sam's card. I rarely go to Sams. Mostly I use it at Walmart because they take the Sam's credit.
I can get a Walmart credit card if I want a new credit card! No yearly membership fee.

Another thing you have to keep in mind...
My parents told me that they were responsible for my card.
They weren't.
My parents told me that they had cancelled my card...
They hadn't.
So my parents telling me one thing might be totally different from the facts.

I can get a Walmart credit card if I want a new credit card! No yearly membership fee.Good point, and you're likely to get one with NO problems because of having the Sam's card. Get the Wal-Mart card before you cancel the Sam's card, though.

On one level it's a very...um..."reasonable" response. But it's ~how~ he says things.
