I made a lot of progress on my plot this weekend. The middle parts are the toughest. Getting the ending to line up with the beginning is not my strength.

That would be Matthew Reilley. His book had Nazis, guns, an old manuscript, and giant panthers in addition to all the *pow!*s and *splat!*s
Maybe you could have giant mutant piranahs.. semi-sentient piranahs that hold grudges like Jaws 15.

Kinda. A Marriage Of Convenience means they're *not* getting married for love. In this case, it's to protect a child.
Traditional Marriages Of Convenience always have the couples agreeing to be chaste. At some point, this promise of virtue goes right out the window, and brings in a whole set of other issues. Fun!
