It's tentative at this point. I'll have to find out all that's involved.
I don't *think* it will cost me anything. They provide the transportation and food (you eat the same prepared meals you fix for people in need.)

I guess our biggest traditions involve setting up the fake tree...Joshua was very concerned about not getting to do that but I said "Oh, no! We'll get to do that! We do that right after Thanksgiving!" The other traditions are baking a bunch of sandbakels...well, Steve's Ma is the queen of bakin sandbakels. I never did that anyway, being as I'm not swedish!
I told him "I'll be home before we even have to take the tree down!" (We normally take the tree and lights down on the 2nd of January.)

Heh! I don't know what it's going to be like in December, but right now things are pretty primative. You shower in a shower trailer and sleep on cots in a church.
