Vikings cruise was allegedly a sex party - (NFL Players Gone Wild!)

Minnesota Vikings players are being investigated in connection with a lake cruise that turned into a wild sex party last week on Lake Minnetonka. The party became so out of control that crew members on the two yachts were offered money for sex and feared for their safety, law enforcement authorities and an attorney for the cruise company said Tuesday.

Head coach Mike Tice told reporters today that he's not happy about the allegations, while refusing to comment or confirm any details

Actually, this story is two days old - but I didn't see any prior posts on FR.

I've followed this story in the local media and it seems to get bigger and bigger each day (no sexual pun intended).

If the allegations are true, there could be a number of Vikings players who could be in big trouble.

It remains to be seen whether this event (following the Whizzinator incident of earlier this year) will cause a drop in public support for a new Vikings stadium.

Comments - humorous (especially those) or serious, anyone?

They have a coach just for that? Does he have dirty knees?

Is this a story, anyway? If everyone consents and no one was forced to do anything...what is the point? I guess it is solely a story because pro athelets are considered public figures. However, their actions strike me as being no different from any other "pleasure" type cruise taken by other people.

If the Vikes were 4-0, would this even be a story?

It's a kit that can be used to help athletes (and others) evade getting a posiitive drug test. I copied this off a local site:

"The Whizzinator, if you must know, includes a prosthetic penis that is attached to a jock strap. It also comes with dehydrated urine, heater packs and a syringe. Evidently, the contraption works for people in other occupations (read the hundreds of testimonials on the product's Web site), but the NFL's system has no leaks, according to our player."

When Bennett was caught with it, he claimed that it was his brother's or cousin's Whizzinator.

Onterrio Smith, Vikes running back was caught at the airport with the Whizinator. It is a fake penis filled with dried urine so he pass a pee test. See, he had violated the NFL substance abuse policy and was subject to testing. The Whizinator would allow his test to come back negative.

Attorney Describes Alleged Actions On Party Boat

(WCCO) NOTE: This story contains language and subjects some may find offensive.

Graphic accounts of a Minnesota Vikings party on Lake Minnetonka last week described a wild sex party that shocked crew members.

The cruise boat’s attorney, Stephen Doyle said witnesses gave graphic accounts of what happened during the party to police. Doyle said some of the sex acts reported included, "Masturbation, oral sex, woman on man, woman on woman, toys, middle of the floor middle of the couches middle of the room."

According to Doyle, there were no drugs and no minors on the two boats and that not every Vikings player aboard acted inappropriately.

Doyle said the investigation into the party is now focused on finding dozens of pictures taken on board.

"Members of the entourage that were on both boats took enormously detailed photographs of a variety of sexual acts," Doyle said.

Why is this even an issue?

Solicitation and sexual harassment by people who make 6 and 7 and 8 figures. Potential juicy lawsuit.

Probably a bigger story. Who really cares about a 1-4 team.

It seems the crew of the charter were concerned enough to notify the outfit the runs the boat and a 3 hour cruise was shortened to one and a half hours.

And the NFL forced ESPN to cancel "Playmakers" because it showed the NFL in a bad light. Turns out that "Playmakers" was WAY to tame to show the real NFL.
