--think the fight with Red Grant and Bond saying "That's a Smith & Wesson. And you've had your six" before coolly plugging the bad guy. Of course the producers turned him down. No vision. LOL, he would cast Samuel L. Jackson as Bond. "And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee...."

Okay - he could probably use a soloflex and a tan - but let's give him a chance.

He's cute, but he always looks like he's 14 to me (not bad, but not Bondish enough).
BTW, want me to get you the calendar for Christmas??! :)

Both are CUTIES
In a few more years Bloom may make a good Bond..but needs to grow a more rugged look... Bond IMHO has to has to have the look that he has or will do the following
1. Didn't sleep but still looks good
2. Kissed a girl while pulling out his gun to shoot a bad guy
3. Save the world at 2:00 but has a tux on for the night at 5:00 ;)

Maybe too young for Bond, but just so sexy.
I would love the calendar, but I would never get anything accomplished if I had him to stare at for hours on end.

Maybe it's because Orlando has that little pointy chin that I think he's too girlish for Bond.

Again, I agree with you. . .the new guy seems a little malnourished looking and too hervously edgy to be as smooth as Bond.
Who would you have picked?

You got your next Lazenby here I think.
They should at least make the plot line fun and make the first scene be Bond taking the head of Bin Laden (just for fun).
