Don't expect any of the usual crowd to give Feduccia any credibility. He is contrary to the dogma. The comment will be "You can see for yourself they are feathers." Followed by the beautifully rendered drawing of a feathered dinosaur.

FYI:
It looks like a mod shortened the title.
I originally posted the thread with the entire article title:
Latest study: scientists say no evidence exists that therapod dinosaurs evolved into birds
That bit of info at the end does help a little to understand the thread topic.

"Yet no one ever bothered to provide evidence -- either structural or biological -- that these structures had anything to do with feathers.

These look more like feathers, but they don't fit the dogma either.

How many times can they go back and forth make discoveries proclamations only to go back and debunk it later? How long can this go on before the scientists declare 'Ya' know, we might be barking up the wrong tree'

A creationist claiming support by quoting a real biologist? Certainly. This displays what my tagline states. And I also don't think some old white guy with a long flowing beard sitting on a cloud had anything to do with the process. But we certainly are formed of dust, about 10 bucks worth now considering inflation.

I suggest you retract some of your previous comments towards me regarding the dispute we had over Feduccia. That you quote mined him to try to pretend that he holds views contrary to those he actually espouses?
Fat chance, because that's exactly what you did.
Feduccia has a minority view on avian evolution. But the point is, he does believe in avian evolution; not in some ridiculous theory the world was created in 4004 BC. He just thinks birds branched off fromt he dinosaurs much earlier than most people. I was actually in his corner for a while, but I'm afraid by now I'm inclined to believe he's wrong.

From the title I expected this to be a humerous post. Well in a way it is humorous to the extent that the purveyors of evolution, sound a lot like four blind men describing an elephant.

Don't expect any of the usual crowd to give Feduccia any credibility.Guy, some of us in the 'regular crowd' have read Feduccia's work in detail, and aren't just sniping from the sidelines.
