Robbie Williams defends Kate Moss over cocaine scandal
BERLIN (AFP) - British pop star Robbie Williams defended his compatriot Kate Moss over recent allegations that the model took cocaine, saying she "never hurt or harmed anyone" and that "what she does in private should remain private".
"She is an absolute icon. She does nothing wrong," Williams told a press conference after arriving in Berlin ahead of a concert on Sunday night to promote his new album "Intensive Care".

SUPERMODEL COCAINE SHOCK!!! (sarc)
See boys and girls, when you do drugs, someone who simply gets their picture taken for a living and nothing else seems like an icon to you.
I love Robbie William's music, but he would not be my first choice for a character witness.
Icon? Don't people have anything better to do with their time other than living vicariously through the lives of idiot celebrities?
how many people's lives are ruined through the drug trade to make sure she gets her nose candy?
Kind of like you Robbie.
Har! I clicked on this thread to see who "Robbie Williams" was (I already knew that Moss was a washed-up "heroin-chic" model) and I find that he is a "pop star". I guess I am really getting old.
If celebs patted each other on the back any harder they`d need wheelchairs. Maybe Robbie can give her an award at any of the 20 billion award shows they give for each other to show his ultimate praise for this icon.
Funny to think, but I'm about 20 miles up the road from where Kate Moss is being rehabbed. This was quite the thing a few days ago. The Phoenix TV Stations sent a film crew up here and everything. Naturally, they were horrified that the local paper had not sent out a paparazzi and didn't know who she was.
I think about 4 or 5.
Robbie, please learn that a party in front of a crowd is NOT private
I barely knew who he was as well, but I guessed he was a singer/actor in the star search/American Idle type of category because that seems to be the only type of celebs that are deemed "talented" nowdays when it comes to music, and I was right. Everyone does the acting-karaoke deal these days don`t they?
"Robbie Williams was born in Stoke On Trent, England on February 13th 1974. Having played in school productions of 'Oliver' and obviously showing a flair for entertaining, Williams' mother saw an advert for auditions to be in a new boy band which he applied for and aged 16 was a member of Take That..."

Who's "Robbie?" No clue.
You love his music?? Did you read his quotes on IMDB?
"I'm rich beyond my wildest dreams."
"I'd make a better U.S. President than George Bush. Bush is an idiot. I'm a better public speaker than him. It makes you wonder about the voters."
"Inside me there is a fat man dying to get out."
"I'm not a musician, I'm an entertainer."
"When it comes down to it, I just like taking my pants down."

If you love his music, then it is not his music. It is somebody elses and he is a prop for it, a video star. Nobody this stupid can possibly be responsible for making good music. A drug addict who does nothing but get her picture taken is an icon to this moron, but George Bush is an idiot.
Supermodel or The Blessed Virgin???
Robbie needs to study more catechism. What a statement!
According to Queen Robbie you can murder people on video tape as long as you do it "privately" in a room full of people.
As a Goth, I find his music offensive bubble gum rubbish. As a conservative, I find his political statements out of order. As a human being with a brain, I find him to be a total moron.

You can like his music, but that doesn't make him intelligent or well informed. Whatever one's views on legalising drugs (I believe it should be legalised only if junkies are left to die), it is the law of the land - Robbie Williams suggesting that his lawbreaking and Kate Moss' lawbreaking is somehow acceptable, spits in the face of the law.
