Ever see the "banned" viagra commercial where the guy was doing two-armed...then one-armed...then no-armed pushups, and the slogan was something like "The Power of Viagra" or something like that?

Several Viagra users attempted to rise to the occasion but failed. They couldn't stand up to Congress.

This ain't even "spending cuts", merely re-appropriation. I don't think this Congress has the courage to do any actual cuts.

Because the media has the budget in the spotlight.

Once this all dies down, the government will go back to quietly throwing our money away.
