I don't understand how you can be so critical of someone you know nothing about. What ever happened to having faith in your leaders judgment? You are correct Rehnquist was an associate justice before, but had no judicial experience before that. I don't see a big difference myself.

Who fricking cares about being a top tier student at a top tier school, or having experience as a judge as long as she has the knowledge and the ability to look at law as I see it then she is qualified.

So tell us what removes her from qualifying as a SC Justice? Where does it say in the consitution that they must come from a top school, should have been a judge before this etc.
