No kidding. They are just a bunch of cry babies. Did you see Torre crying like a fat girl on prom night when they clinched on Saturday? What a little wimp.

Aww, poor wittle babies. Those mean, bad old Rangers!

If NY had won just one more game they wouldn't have to worry about it. Makes me glad the Rangers swept them in May setting up this delicious possibility to screw them today!

Snicker!

As a (Rad) Sox fan, I'd post my opinion of the Stienbrenner's steroid stuffed mercenaries, but the moderators would cut it.

or why did they get swept by the Royals? Or WHY did they lose the season series to the Devil Rays?

The Yankees have no one to blame but themselves if they had to depend on a guy they fired to help them out.

I think it would be great next season when the Yankees come to Arlington if Ranger fans could bring hankies with them and wave them.

Torre was a sissy when he was in St. Louis and he's still a sissy.

Personally, I don't care who the Cardinals beat in the WS. ;-)

The Angels beat the Rangers 15 of 19 this year. What makes Torre think the Rangers had a prayer against the Angels even at full strength?

Alex Rodriguez wasn't complaining about the "code of honor" Friday night and Saturday when Ozzie Guillen was playing third-stringers against the Indians, who were locked in the wild-card race with the Red Sox.

Jeter only had 2 at bats, Rodriguez only had 3, etc for the rest of the team. It doesn't look like the Yankees were running their starters all game either. The Yankees didn't need the Angels to lose to get home field advantage - they needed to win. They coasted instead and let the Angels have the advantage. Waaaaaah!

the Bronx crowd won't help the Yanks. The Angels have had their number for quite some time now. Bart game 1 - Lackey game 2 Santana game 3 = Angels in 4 ... IMHO

The way he's been pitching lately I don't think it would have mattered.
