I'm starting to detect a pattern here, whoever has the bye week ends up in first place, LOL.

Yes but hopefully by more than 3 points.

It is a lousy division... No idea who is going to step up and take it.

Best safety since Ronnie Lott.

The NFC north champ may wind up like the San Diego Padres....dvision champs with a sub .500 record.
To: Always Right
Best hitter since Lott no question.

I still wouldn't rule out the Pack just yet. They started 1-4 last year and won it.

It is a lousy division... No idea who is going to step up and take it. Step up??? I suppose if you call 6 victories stepping up. There is no doubt the 'winner' of this division will be .500 or less and most of those 'victories' will be against other teams in their division.

Before the season even started I had the Bears with 7-9 record.
Afrer adjusting for the loss of Rex Grossman I still have the Bears with a 7-9 record.
I'm an admitted Bears and Colts fan.
1 for NFC 1 for AFC.

I still wouldn't rule out the Pack just yet. They started 1-4 last year and won it. And at 1-4 this year you will only be one game back of the leader!

7-9 might win that division.
To: Always Right
What I mean by step up is by actually gaining the lead by winning and not getting the lead by having the bye that week. :D

7-9 might win that division. There is no doubt 7-9 will win that division, with 5 of those wins coming against divsional opponents. If one of those teams manages 8 wins, they will be able to take week 17 off and get well rested for the playoffs.

Imagine the situation I'm in, I'm a Bears fan and Kyle Orton is a Mega-Liberal... Grrr. I think he is a good QB and watched him play 3 years at Purdue, why does he have to be a dummy? sheesh!

They could put Vinatieri out there at strong safety and it wouldn't shock me.
Unless you are going to trade with the Jets to get Nugent, why would you want to risk it?
Any word on Matt Lyght?

Whoever gets the top NFC wild card spot will have an easy time facing the winner of that division in the first round.

I was suggesting it as a joke. (sort of)
Light could be back at the end of the season.
To: Echo Talon
Just tell him to shut up and play.
