The Pats lost Ty Law last year at Pittsburgh. Another injury for them to overcome.

What a rash of injuries for so young a season.
Hope the Chiefs can avoid more injuries tonight. The preseason and first two games have already wrecked havoc on them, on both sides of the ball.

It looked worse than that. Made me queasy just watching the replay. (shudder)

Sounds serious on the face of it but knowing the Patriots, they will just plug their equipment manager(or sum-such) into the vacancy and make it work.

His career could be over.

They could put Vinatieri out there at strong safety and it wouldn't shock me.
To: mainepatsfan
It's a shame, both for Rodney and the team.

Yep this is why it is tough to repeat in football not to mention win a third in a row.

The Pats will be all right but I really feel for Harrison. He loves to play.
To: mainepatsfan
I'm (sadly) betting it is.

It's remarkable how many injuries they've overcome during the past few years.
To: mainepatsfan
Awwww #*&$%#*. Surely it can't be career-ending, he asked hopefully... :(

He'll have to join Bruschi on the sideline this year as a coach.
To: mainepatsfan
Losing Bruschi really sucks.

With the injuries they have had over the past few weeks, especially with there corners, I think they are playing remarkably well.
