The MSM must be hating this. No looters. No calls for Fed aid from local authorities. Well implemented evac plans. Police and Fire doing there jobs.
I wonder how this will play out in the MSM.

Hello, the storm hasn't even hit yet. Little early for congratulations.
Looting in TX is not a good idea.
Could be hazardous to their health.....
There is a difference between a Governor doing his job as he knows it should be done, and a Governor flopping around like a chicken with its head cut off. In a real state Blanko would be looking for a job.
You may be right. Maybe it will occur later during the storm.
I'm waiting for the first story out of Texas where some agency announces that they are going to start confiscation of private firearms.
Texas, Bush, Rich, White people...
Its Texas! "You loot, we shoot".
I think that has already happened once before didn't it?
Somehow, the Alamo comes to mind......
You are right...looting has many forms.
Won't happen again, I'm willing to bet.
in response to your tagline..no, but Quasimodo does..:)
Yeah, hide and watch! LOL
Oh, I wouldn't say that. If you look back at history, chances are that it will happen again.
Mara Liason on FNC just said you can see the difference between a competent govenor like Jeb, and what happened in LA.
Jeb in FL and the Mayors and Gov of TX have working plans that are being executed. Next comes the screems of racism because resources are being sent from "poor" NOLA to rich-white TX.
I ain't a Texas Law expert but I know enough about to da** well know that ain't fixin to happen. In Texas a weaponis to be used to is to protect your property, the safet of you and your and assist law inforcement when they can't do their job because of "circumstances". You can cap the sucker... no questions asked.
In FL if you fear for your or your family's life or safety you have the right to cap the sucker. Charlie went over our home. To my knowledge there was no looting in Port Charlotte or Punta Gorda.
In MS ya just cap the sucker and the judge gives you a new box of shells.
Little humor at the end there y'all.
I lived in FL last year during the season. Had two of the hurricanes come directly over my home. I remember very little to no looting stories from FL last year. I am sure it happened, but not to an extent that it was a big story. People took care of themselves and their neighbors.
