Interesting observation forwarded to me; if you Google "failure", the top hit is Bush's whitehouse.gov bio. I do not think this is a result of their normal ranking system, as there are other known Easter Eggs in the engine.
Not very appropriate, if you ask me...
I just did. President Bush comes out on top. But there are easter eggs there. One used to come up if you typed in 'weapons of mass destruction' and hit 'I'm feeling lucky'.
Yes, well we don't approve of people signing up to post something as stupid as this on their first day here.
Google; Duplicate Thread and this pops up.

Yep. We need this posted one more time. It's never been posted before.
;-)
Not sure if has been posted already, but 'failure' on Google now takes you to the Google weblog with an explanation of 'googlebombing'. Make up your own mind about it. Personally, I think there is far more to this than presented there.
Anyway, a far more interesting discussion on more sophisticated and upcoming methods and technologies that will skew search engine results - especially Google is at: http://www.microcontentnews.com/articles/googlebombs.htm
You're new here, aren't you?
