It is a scoop when no one else wrote about it.
The fact that all these other people were talking about AFTER Tremoglie broke confirms this.

Yeah, I couldn't believe that... what did she do right, she cried? I could have done that, too.

[How is it a scoop to uncover historical facts known at the time and bring them up for new attention years later?]
That is just "good research".
Getting a COPYRIGHT for it takes a bit more. :^)

Nope, turned off the show when Dean came on. Did not turn it back on until Greta came on.

I don't know the timeline, and I'm sure Tremoglie deserves some credit.
But being the first to bring up publicly available facts is not a scoop. Anyone who wants to do the research can produce the same story. They may not have been the first to do so, but the point is that no new facts are being presented.
A "scoop" is being the first to report important new facts.

OK folks let's get back to basics here. Newspapers sell because they present news first. You people ever see all those journalists running around trying to report the story before anybody else?
The more in front of the story the bigger the reward.
So here is this freelancer - who probably works for nothing - breaks a story. He is also a Freeper who breaks it on FR.
Fox News gets it and runs with it. They do not mention his name.
He does not get credit for spending time and money investigating something like this. He doesn't paid. He doesn't get paid chances are he ain't gonna do it again.
You people like this news you better at least thank the man for giving it to you. Instead you spend your time tearing him down.
WOW You people are something else.

Wow that was hilarious.
You spent hours thinking that one up.
Can't build yourself up so you tear others down.
You are a real role model. You must be Joe Biden's speech writer.
Hahahahahahah

I didn't see anything about Blanco at that link; only a story about environmentalists and fisheries.
But I wouldn't be surprised if a group headed by Conyers said she did everything right.

This does not surprise me. Hannity has been stealing Rush's talking points for years. Rush even alluded to "someone" pladgerizing his show's talking points. Rush and Sean never refer to each other in the last few years. Hannity works hard, but he's not the sharpest knife in the drawer. His grammar is horrible, and he cannot stay focussed on a topic for more than a nano-second, unless his handlers instruct him otherwise. Then he will spend hours reciting his notes 43 different ways.

Would it be possible that their own researchers found this on their own? Does Will Tell 2 have access to super secret information that no one on Fox News can get to and this is where the info came from?
Calm down, this is America not England, you can't copyright facts here. The important part is the story is out. And maybe you should check with Will before going off in a righteously indignant snit, won't you feel silly if he doesn't care.

Thanks. This has happened before though.
Three years ago I was the first to report about the link between NION and the Revolutionary Communist Party for Front Page Magazine and links between other antiwar groups and communists groups.
A few days later Byron York for National Review writes the same article without attributing it to me. David Corn ( of all people) writes the same thing about a week or so later for the LA Daily News.
So who does O'Reilly interview? David Corn. York gets mentioned by some talk radio shows.
So you have guys earning about twenty times what I am just getting their material from me.
Nice work if you can get it uh?
My own fault really. I keep saying I an going to stop writing about these things. I can write about more lucrative stuff while finishing my novel.
My problem is that I am too committed to exposing the lies and hypocrisy of liberalism.
Maybe I can drop the habit:)
