Has it ever happened that players got ejected before the game even started???
I don't know about football, but i remember the 86 semis in the NHL when there was a brawl between the Canadiens and the Flyers, with Ron Hextall getting tossed.

it's happened in baseball a couple times...even more often with managers during the lineup card exchange.

My brother still has a photo of one of the Flyers coming onto the ice with his socks on. (no shoes, no skates, just socks)
