Tonight it starts. Open to comments about tonight's game, predictions, comments, etc.
Also requesting that Freepers boycott the pre-game and half time shows or call advertisers to complain about their supporting drug addicted, over the hill English rockers bashing America or racist rappers who push anti-woman, anti-family and violent messages in their so called music who say that Bush hates black people which is a bold face lie.

Detriot can't win the NFC title, no team has ever played in their home stadium for a superbowl.
The closest any team came to that was the Rams vs Stellers in Pasadena.

I haven't watched the pre-game, or halftime, show for a long time. Since they became entertainment instead of football talk.
So that shouldn't be a problem.
It will be fun to see how the ego named Moss fits into the Raider's lineup.
As an athlete the ego is one of the best. As a team player and a class act the ego is one of the worst.
Sounds like he oughta fit right in.

Didn't I see the Jets field goal kicker being auctioned on Ebay recently? He didn't even get the minimum bid of .50 cents?

Here in Indy we all know it's the Colt's year this year. If we can just get by those #$%@# Pats. Actually, I respect the Pats far too much to trash talk them. If the Colts do get by the Pats it will quite an accomplishment. Whoops, I mean WHEN the Colts get by the Pats, not if. ;-)
GO COLTS.

This is the best time of the year to be a Saints fan. We usually have 3-4 weeks of hope at the beginning of the season before they collapse.
Nothing like being taken to the summit only to be thrown off the cliff.

So was the offense of Pay-A-Ton and the Dolts.
'Til they faced the Pats D.
To: joebuck
Colts O-Line looks bad. If they don't run more this year, they're screwed.

That was last year. Doug Brien was the goat. But this year we got Mike Nugent from Ohio State.

The Colts have not had the D to beat the Pats. Everyone likes to talk about the Colts' offense but D is what wins the Championship.
Long season though and anything can happen....
Good luck!!

That was last year. Pennington had half a shoulder. He seems to be at 100%.

Chad played with a bum shoulder all year. He will be like he was before the injury. But yes he can't run. I still think he is an excellent QB. Derrick Blaylock is just as good if not better than Lamont. Our offensive line is as good even without Kareem McKenzie. Let's talk big Blue. Eli is no Peyton. He is more like a Keith Gretzky, Ozzie Canseco. Brothers of great athletes who never really made it in the sport their brothers thrived in
To: Izzy Dunne
"Why are they playing on Thursday?"
Because they can. Why not?

so true. Defense wins championships.
but the Pats did lose the heart and soul of their D with Teddy B out for the season. He's only one guy, but he really did a lot.
