Additionally, I suggest that American viewers boycott the so-called “telethon” tonight -- and let the networks know that you will be making your charitable donations independent of celebrity Bush-bashers. Low Nielsen numbers tonight, combined with a big surge in donations (to Salvation Army, Red Cross, etc.), would send a strong message to Hollywood.

Thank you NewJerseyJoe. Great idea. Allow me to add that the liberal bias news media could not wait to jump on the Bush administration for a slow response to the Hurricane Katrina disaster. Now it is back in their face since the slow response is due to the actions of Democratic Governor Kathleen Blanco who failed to call in the military in a timely manner. Also, the New Orleans Mayor failed to utilize an arsenal of available busses to initially evacuate the citizens. Bush and FEMA are not the first responders.
