Or maybey "Un-labor day" cause whitey never give them a job they were capable of doing, or that paid over $30 hour.

Poping off a round in the air gets you only disorderly conduct in MA? I think it's a felony in CA.

Interfering with a police officer arresting someone is disorderly conduct? Any LEOs out there who could clarify?

I am guessing it wasn`t his gun. Maybe stolen?

I wonder if they recovered the gun? Doesn`t say in the article.

If the gun was stolen, I would assume more charges would be coming.

( I am not anti-gun, just stunned they glossed over this in the article. That is rare to see in the media ).
