Don't presume everyone knows the location of Norman.

West Virginia stunned OU several years ago.. 1983 or 1984 as I recall... beat the snot out of OU at Norman. Listened to the game... got PLASTERED.

Two quarterbacks vying for first string, both had critical fumbles wasn't it? I forgot the season started today. Bah. Glad I didn't watch.

You know it was not difficult to figure it out that he was talking about Oklahoma. Are you familiar with the sports section of a newspaper? How about google?

In more relevant news, this years thinking man's candidate for National Champions, the Michigan Wolverines, are leading 27-10 at halftime.

It's even easier to just say so in the title.

Norman? Isn't that the name of an animal in Short Circuit? A skunk, I think? If not, I just insulted a bunch of Sooners, so all's well.:)

Believe me, if they beat Texas, they'll be the team to beat in the Big Ten.

And believe me if TCU played Oregon, that would have not been worth a FR post, much less using the word "stun" in the title.

Home opener at Norman. Crowd totally silent. OU behind 10-0 at half. Three turnovers for the Sooners. Terrible rookie quarterbacks. I'd hate to be in Stoops practices this week! Way to go Horn Frogs!
To: socal_parrot
The Wolverines? You mean the team that lost to Texas in the Rose Bowl?

Further proof that pre-season college football polls are useless. #3 Tennessee struggled to beat UAB.

OTOH, if Texas wins next week, it looks like we've got smooth sailing to Pasadena now.:)

Evidently you need to be spoonfed. I see a great future for you as an attorney. Good luck, with that
