Do you have a link to this? Something is really starting to sound fishy about the city government. Are they trying to clean up their act before others get in and find out they have screwed this up royally? This is not the first time I have heard of them hindering the rescue efforts around the dome. Starting to sound to me like they are in CYA mode. Wonder what they are hiding? I certainly can't think of any reason to slow the medical and relief efforts into the city. If they are worried about security, with the numbers of NG in town now, why can't they furnish them armed escorts.
