Bush-bashing probably indirectly contributed to New Orleans's lack of preparation for this cycle of hurricanes. I have been wondering if the locals (Mayor/Governor) were reluctant to listen to or deal with Bush because of the psychotic Dem hate for the man. Did they dig in their heels and resist doing what Bush was asking them to do, just because it was him?
