There's some good Pho shops here in ATlanta, they don't serve beer but the Cafe Fine is great on ice. I know this
Vietnamese lady who came to Atl. thirty years ago she opened
a lunch counter and sold Cha gio for 50c a piece, now she
has her own resturant, and she's put her three kids through
college.

I never had the experience of eating Vietnamese food until a co-worker from Laos introduced me to pho last year. I've been many times to Pho Bac and Pho Hoa, who now have a second place by my work in Gainesville GA. Consider me a convert. I like dragging the beef through a little pond of hoisin and tuong ot sriracha...mmm boy.
