a quiet garden
sharing moments together
under a dark moon
wj

velvet wings brush
a waiting face
with star dust
bf

Caresses of love
soft as memories so sweet
in the so soft glow
wj

softness of night
winged creatures in flight
starlight wonderland delight
bf

white faces
glowing in the dark
moonflowers
hope

jasmine sweet
on faerie's wings
dusting dragonflies

bf

Starlight sets the stage
as glittering guardians
wing or’ the garden
wj

heaven's labyrinth
Milky way lighted path
serendipitous flight

bf

Dragonfly my friend
darting across the garden
star dusted dreamer
wj

secret gardens hold
magic love potions old
dragonflies fly forever
bf

stars abound
thousand points of light
milky way
Hope

pulsing quasar
baby star nursery
temperature controlled
bf

Sunset bathes the heart
Remembrance of the chosen
Can new love survive?
c_f

shadowed silhouettes
between ivied pillars
breathing new love
bf

sunlit heart
burning with desire
love survives
Hope

Am I together now?? LOL

Group Haikus are FUN!!!!!!!

we have to do this more often!

Haiku
Japanese syllable-based three line poem
with syllable counts: 5 / 7 / 5
(or 3 / 5 / 3 for a more 'oriental' feel to the poem)
A reference to nature is expected. This a form that is wonderful for metaphorical descriptions.

Another one that is fun is the Tanka

Tanka
Japanese syllable-based five line poem with syllable counts: 5 / 7 / 5 / 7 / 7. One can write the 5/7/5 portion and another the 7/7 portion, as long as the first and second portions themes match. You could write the 5/7/5, and the 7/7, followed by a 5/7/5 and then another 7/7... I think its called a Renga
