I use Firefox for most of my web browsing as it does a decent job of blocking popups. There is one application where nothing but Internet Exporer will get the job done. It is a big Java based travel and expense system called Extensity. The final expense report page can not be rendered by any version of Firefox. It must be rendered perfectly and printed to get my expense reimbursements. Especially the barcode on the report. I suspect IE just does a better job of stylesheets than Firefox.

Windows XP Service Pack 2 provides a very good Pop-Up blocker. There's also the MSN Toolbar which provide some overlapping pop-up blocking as well as desktop search capabilities and tabbed browsing.
