I do not like Merlot. I don't mind Pinot Noir, but somehow can't take Merlot. Way too dry for me.

Good mornin! I was up obscenely early this morning. Got VEY tired and gave up about 10:30 last night. Woke up at 5:09 this morning, went to the bathroom, then couldn't get back to sleep. Realized I'd had more sleep last night than the previous two nights combined. SirKit woke up about 5:30, so I got up and started the coffee.

Paul had gone over to Cambridge last night to visit friends and got in about 5:15. He had made a run to the Apple Store in the Cambridgeside Galleria when he went over last night and got Joseph his I Pod Nano. It is a seriesly cool little gadget. Joseph did NOT want to go to school this morning, but he had to. ;o)

He'll be spending all evening downloading music, I'm sure, if he has any money left after paying Paul for the Nano. He's not into much of today's popular stuff. He likes a lot of the music from games like Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy, etc. He even likes some classical music. He absolutely HATES rap; all the kids do, thank goodness! I gots me some strange kids, but I kinda like em!

I like pretty much all red wines, with the right meal. Whites I'm much more picky. Merlot has its place, next to the shiraz and cabernet sauvignons and zinfandel.
