Speaking of food...I'm doing my NAMB disaster relief training this weekend! Finally!! Finally!! After wanting to all these years, I'm finally getting to do it. You remember? I actually signed up to do it a couple of years back but could never get to Edmond to take the training!
My church is taking a bus of 54 people. We'll be doing a mock disaster and preparing meals just like we would for all the people in the disaster and then that's our lunch!

I want beeeef.... it's so expensive all of a sudden, though.
You'd think beef would be a lot cheaper here, considering how many farms we drove past in Nebraska and such on the way here.
Maybe we should go cattle rustling this weekend.
