My mother had good luck with a system called "Make-a-Mix cookery." She had mixes for everything stashed everywhere in the kithcen. I don't know if the title is still in print, though.
The easiest way is to freeze them individually by putting them on a cookie sheet for a while in the freezer, then breaking them into individual chops and sticking them in a bag (I use an old bread bag) then storing them that way in the freezer. Then you just take out an individual chop and cook it, I use my little George Foreman grill...I just stick it solid frozen on the grill and cook it till it's done (the sizzling stops being so loud.)
I'm looking it up at the library...
Why on earth did you let me post on ~that~ thread???
Hey - you did that...
If you listened to me, you wouldn't even know any of those poster's names, 'cept maybe ksen.
Would it help if I forbid you from doing it again?
Didn't you do that three years ago?
Hehehe....they had croissants.
Had to scope a seat in the front of the room 'cuz the manager set up in the back. *Sigh*
Then the person who was supposed to take the minutes was out sick and I had to do it....so much for sleeping through the thing.
He never listens....
Well, at least there were croissants :~D
...and Danishes, and muffins...
I shoulda come and taken minutes. This cataract surgery did not go as well as the first one. When the fake lens was implanted it tore the membrane in the eye, not sure what happened after that, they gave me another shot of medication. I came home and did some googling, didn't like what I was reading. Will have to wait until tonight for the "great unveiling". Think I'll go take a nap.
Oh crap! :(
Uh oh.... take care, and you'll be in our prayers today.
Did find this though...hmmm...
Oh my...best wishes with that!!!
Good grief 2J!
Prayers for a swift and full recovery.
Heh!!
OT--yeah :-(
HOTD--Thanks! I really am going to take a nap now. Can't do anything about the Shuma situation. It is just so "un-midwestern" it has really struck a nerve. Best thing would be to put the dog in a room with both sets of owners and see who she goes to.
