Have you tried Zicam? It helped me a lot the last time I had a really nasty cold.

Have you tried Zicam? No I haven't... that's a nose spray isn't it? I've used Cold-Eeze lozenges for years, they've worked well for me.

Heh...hopefully the grocery store would take a check. Kin try tomorrow, I guess.
Yeah, I've used Cold-Eeze in the past. Work well, if you catch the cold early.

Spoiler: Yeah, who puts the "quarantine" label on the inside? And I did figure out that the chick Jack was operating on was his wife. Wonder what happened to her. It's somewhat suspicious to me that the guy is someone Jack knows. Maybe everything on the island relates to Jack somehow. Maybe the Frenchwoman is somehow related to him.
I thought the terminal "smily" looked like some sort of deranged command prompt. For some weird military OS? Maybe the bunker was for nuclear tests or something they did on the island in the 50s...

It's an outer ear thing, "swimmer's ear" that I've always had a chronic problem with. It's not the big deal with air travel that an inner ear problem would be. I've flown with this sort of thing before. Just an annoyance.

Spoiler:
Being evil, I'm hopin' Jack's wife is dead. Anyone who insists on writing their own wedding vows...Unless they manage to make her more appealing in future flashbacks. Which seems unlikely. Of course, she's still much better than most of the gals on the island, but that ain't sayin' much.

'Lost' spoilage...
Maybe everything on the island relates to Jack somehow.
There are a lot of hints that happenings on the island are subconsciously "inspired", and not just by Jack. For instance, the polar bear showing up after Walt read a comic book featuring a polar bear.
The test bunker is a good idea, but maybe it wasn't nuclear, maybe it was biological... maybe the quarantine sign was a reminder for people in the bunker to not go out into the test zone. And now that you mention it, the "smiley" could have been a command prompt....
spoilage done.
