Well, when you said "guilty pleasure" foods, I think you mean foods one might be ashamed to admit liking, or loving.

Here's one of mine, from the old law-school days:

Make a box of Velveeta Shells and Cheese. When the pasta is added to the water, add half a cup of frozen green peas. Cook and strain normally. When the cheese pack is added, dump in a can of tuna.

Mmmmmmm.

The idea of it makes cyborg laugh out loud, but for me, it's blindingly easy and not entirely unbalanced, and with a bit of extra shells from the Barilla box, it's enough for lunch AND dinner.

When the cheese pack is added, dump in a can of tuna.

Marge Simpson was making tuna-stuffed steak on the last episode I saw. This sounds just as appetizing. My mom used to make a horrible tuna casserole with various "cream of" soups.

Now, if you want a tasty, cholesterol-laden, stink-up-the-house treat, fry some bologna in butter and serve on (what else?) squishy white bread.

(For lower-fat version, crisp individual slices in microwave without the butter.)
