Yes, it is pork liver and pork fat. It is sort of mushy and grayish. I get the Kahn's brand in the bright yellow tubing located in the lunch meat section. It is wonderful. It had to look up the right spelling and it is braunschweiger. When I was little we called it cat food because it did look like canned cat food. I think it is very German. But probably not a big hit with the Islams.
