Well, most of my cooking is pot stickers, but really a potsticker is a Chinese dumpling filled with meat and boiled (I think boiled, or fried maybe) with a delicious sauce over it. Some Chinese person may correct me on this.

I'll admit to liking sardines - King Oscar brand are the best, by far, especially the ones packed in olive oil. Great with crackers, or I like 'em with a little lemon juice, eaten straight out of the can. I love kipper snacks, too.
