"The Patriot" is a real flag-waver. I have a DVD of it, and when I watch the scene of the men standing one by one in the church to volunteer to fight the English I want to go back on active duty.
Another one is "Henry V," the Kenneth Branagh version. Even though it's British and not American the "Band of Brothers" speech by Henry before the battle of Agincourt is hard to top for getting your patriotic juices flowing.

(What part of "shall not be infringed" don't you understand?)

Of course! How could I forget! You remind me with your reference of that the mini series BAND OF BROTHERS. It was one of the greatest. I focused on Saving Private Ryan and only your reference sparked it. Way to go. BTW I never saw the Branagh version, only a stage play once. It sent shivers through me and they were not very good actors. What power words have.
