Hi, I'm new to Free Republic and my Son, LeapFrog, was teasing me about my hobbies, which are scrapbooking and quilting. I told him I'd get on Free Republic and find some like minded friends, and he laughed.

What he didn't know is that my other hobby is match making. My Son is 36 years old, single and very good looking! Anybody interested?

Your post is too cute.

And one of the reasons I keep Free Republic from my parents. My mom would be doing the same thing!

If he likes older woman, Mother Sheehan'll be back in circulation soon, but not for long!

What better hobby can there be than participating in free-wheeling political discourse? :-)

LeapFrogs most embarrassing moment from childhood would be his 8th grade pregraduation. They told all graduating 8th graders to dress up for school on a certain day before graduation and he went to school in his Sister's dress! You might say he was the 8th grade's comic relief that day. As you might expect, I got a call from the principal.

Would you be setting up your son or would your son be setting you up?

My son & I have a very close relationship, just like I think Leapfrog & Mom have.

I'd tease him endlessly... :)

And he'd be doin' the payback.

Now! If a good looking conservative Christian lady came along....would I argue? Nuh uh.

:)
